Your app should resolve customer long time issue in just few clicks. Like paytm or online UPI payments app giving long time user issue of taking out money from atm and pay. Similar like flipkart giving far away having stores can upload their collections and sell to any corner of India. Talk about similarly whatsapp resolve issue of sending messages from chargeable tariff SMS to free unlimited SMS.
Zomato give solution to nerdy and lazy people to order cooked food on just clicks and deliver to home. Along with this, all these solution involve some kind of man power which give some people profits and for some people it is their job (e.g. delivery persons).
You have to find perfect solution for a particular problem, This is the best way to come up with an app idea.
Always remember, that your best bet is to identify a problem that you have experience with. This type of problem will give you a head start in knowing how to come up with a solution, rather than having to extract a solution from someone else’s head.
Secondly, there are various solutions to single problem, so don’t get disappoint and demotivate yourself. if you got an app or two solving a problem one way; just think of a different approach that solves the problem in a cheaper or more effective manner.
ANALYSIS the market for making profit
Once you have validated the merit of your idea, you’ll want to analyze your app idea’s market fit, or how the features and monetization model you have in mind resonate with potential users.
In analyzing your app idea’s market fit, you’re also looking to understand whether users would choose your app over any of the other apps that provide similar value.
To validate your app’s market fit, begin by creating a spreadsheet matrix of each of your app’s features.
Then, do the same for 3-5 competitive apps that your users may also consider, taking care to write down features that each app has, even if your app or the other competitors do not have those features. Your matrix feature columns should be worded so that each entry for each app can specify the degree to which that app satisfies that feature.
Features can also be good chance to make your product out of league and as characteristics of products value proposition.
